Our HOW Design Live programming team has added an all-new Interactive Design program with sessions targeted to designers who are tasked with creating multi-platform campaigns and designing for screens.
The new program features the “best of the best” speakers who have presented at the HOW Interactive Design Conference over the past several years, including top industry practitioners and educators sharing their best practices, design process and award-winning case studies that will inform and inspire.
“We have always had content throughout the program that discusses digital design,” says HOW Program Manager Bridgid McCarren, who spearheaded the new track. “But it’s exiting to have a dedicated track for the subject. As more and more creatives are working across mediums and platforms, it’s increasingly important to include this programming at HOW Design Live.”
On the Interactive Design program for Atlanta:
— Understanding the role of UX with educators like Patrick McNeil and ways of implementing user experience design through case studies from practitioners like Ian Fitzpatrick of Almighty (multiple HOW Interactive Design Awards winners).
— Exploring how new technology impacts design, with presenters including Brian Lucid, Matthew Richmond and Josh Payton.
— Understanding the design process with interactive designer Matthew Munoz.
— Designing for mobile experiences with industry expert Chris Converse.
