Pum LefebureAs creative director of Design Army, the award-winning Washington, DC, firm she co-founded with her husband in 2003, Pum Lefebure sets the creative vision for every project. She has guided the development and design of projects for clients including The Washington Ballet, Chronicle Books and The Ritz-Carlton Co. She and her team have been recognized by numerous publications and awards, including HOW, the National ADDYs and the AIGA 365. www.designarmy.com

Tim SmithTim Smith is principal and creative director of Tim Smith Design. He has held vice-president and director-level positions at some of the largest design firms in the U.S. and has served as president of AIGA Cincinnati and the Columbus Society of Communicating Arts. Client engagements have included Apple, BMW, Target and Tiffany & Co. Smith was named an AIGA Fellow in 2008.

Derek SussnerAs president of Minneapolis-based Sussner Design Co. in Minneapolis, Derek Sussner marked his firm’s 10th anniversary in 2009. His team applies its hands-on, heads-up style to projects for clients including the Animal Humane Society, Houston Astros and Target Commercial Interiors.
