The April 2009 issue reveals all the winners, including the Best of Show award and entries deemed Outstanding Achievement. Below is a breakdown of entries/winners per each category in this year’s competition.
To determine the winners, each judge scores every entry independently. To receive an Outstanding Achievement, a given entry must get the highest score from all three judges. From the pool of Outstanding achievements, the entries are all scored again, on a higher standard of excellence, in order to narrow it down to the Best of Show.
