HOW’s longest-running competition, the Self-Promotion Design Awards (renamed in 2007 the Promotion Design Awards) spotlights the best work developed to promote design and creative services firms, freelancers—or their clients. Since its inception, the Self-Promotion Design Competition has been judged by members of the HOW magazine staff, who evaluate entries from the perspective of a user/recipient/client.
