Developing an interactive annual report design that wows is quite a feat. Taylor Design‘s 2012 Giving Report for the Boehringer Ingelheim Cares Foundation, however, is nothing short of inspired.
The website features illustrations from Andrew Bannecker, infographics, volunteer profiles, maps, videos with employees using three words to explain how they would improve healthcare (“have more fun” is one example) and is connected to various social media channels.
The Boehringer Ingelheim Cares Foundation, a nonprofit segment of biopharmaceutical company Boehringer Ingelheim, works to finance other nonprofits and get medicine to people who need it around the world. The Giving Report is divided into four sections—medicine, community programs, time & skills and social enterprise—and each section includes statistics and interactive pages that readers can swipe through by clicking the arrows to the right and left of the pages.
