The video was filmed in one single camera shot capturing a Rube Goldberg contraption with dominoes, automated typewriters, water machines and glasses, runaway tires, cars, marbles, a smashed television, dropped pianos, floating umbrellas, sledgehammers and paint splattered band members. Remember the game, Mouse Trap, from the 1960s? Well this is Mouse Trap on acid!
The brainchild of Syyn Labs, a Los Angeles-based arts and technology collective, the production involved over 50 designers, artists, and builders taking over four months to plan, rehearse and film. The team worked for 2 days just to get the final perfect shot without anything breaking down.
