Is Dreamweaver the best ?

I am not a fond of dreamweaver. Sites like Wordpress and Joomla are becoming more versitle and the templates can be easily edited.

I prefer to use some IDE for my job.
I suggest to try free Codelobster PHP Edition for it.

I think Dreamweaver is one of the best web designing tool. I am learning it taking classes to use it. seems quite difficult in the beginning.

I agree that dreamweaver is one of the best software for webdesigning. I am also using this software for making website and its really works good to make website and also make changes in it. It has lots of good tool that we can use for create good graphic design, logo, banner etc.

I appreciate your need for a good software you can download the trial version and use it, meanwhile when you have money you can buy the genuine software. I hAve been designer myself and i prefer dreamweaver over most other softwares it has lots of features and functionalities.
MS Visual Studio and expression web can also be used in web designing
