Missing complimentary subscription

My co-worker and I both attended the 2009 HOW Design Conference. From my understanding a complimentary subscription of HOW was included with the registration fees. However, we haven't received the magazines. I spoke with Debbie Pollelo in September 2009, October 27, 2009; November 18, 2009; and January 19, 2010. She mailed two copies of the 12/2009 Business Annual and promised to follow up with the Conference group. The last time I spoke with her was January 19 and she said she would mail the current issue, which we haven't received. Debbie has been very helpful and seemed to also be frustrated that we haven't been added to the mailing list. Can somebody please check into this and send back issues or start the subscription anew?

Oh, dear ... I'm so sorry to tell you that a free subscription wasn't included in HOW conference registration last year (gosh, I can't recall when it has been). We always offer a major discount and include a free issue for conference-goers. I'm terribly sorry that we've somehow given you the wrong information, Lisa.
