Possibly a stupid answer, but I get a lot of my best ideas while riding my motorcycle. In second place is the morning shower. When these two things fail me, there's always the tried and true method of just sitting down and working at it until something clicks.

I've found that it helps to simply thumb through a Communication Arts, Print or HOW magazine or, maybe, some design books of one sort or another — not looking for ideas, but rather to just jog my brain into the space needed to get excited about designing something instead of worrying about mowing the lawn or taking the dog to the vet or whatever else might be on my mind and interfering with my design concentration.

You sit down with your mug brimming with a cup of steaming joe. The computer lights up and it hits you: You have absolutely no idea where to go next with the huge project you have to present to a client in 24 hours.

Sometimes you have to "do it" - no matter what. Inspiration will come. I surf in web and i found nice website with free raw photos and inspiration came.
