Hi everyone!
I recently started as a Design Manager for a Fortune 500 company in the midwest.
There seems to be an issue with company employees requesting designers to work
on projects (during company time) that are not related to the our company.
These are personal projects that are done as favors for company employees.
Have any other in-housers have run in to this issue and what did
you do to solve it? Do we keep designing these favors for people on company
time or nip it in the bud? If so, how do we stop doing the "favor" work without
damaging relationships with co-workers?
