I work at a company where I serve as a one-man in-house creative department. I create all promotional and collateral material for my company including mailings, online media, billboards, signage, collateral material, etc. In addition, I develop and implement the company's marketing program and manage several other programs (brand integrity, social media, community engagement, etc.).
My question is, what is the average amount of projects that your in-house creative department will complete in a week/month/year?
I'm looking for somewhat of a measuring stick to see if I possibly need to step up production. Any feedback you can give would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
