Creative names for your design or communications dept?

Hi, We are going through some re organization and we were asked to come up with a new name for our department. We will now be a division. We were the Communications Department before. What are your thoughts on "Creative Resources"? I thought possibly the word "solutions" worked in there some how might work. Any suggestions? What do other in-house folks call their departments?

We are officially the creative services department, but I always refer to our department as the design department.
