testing image upload

Hi
I've recently got a job as a P/T graphic designer.  I'm self taught, from an arts (ceramic) background.  I'm having to hot house alot of info to do the job.  I saw the forum while looking for "good design" sites.  I hope to run things past people here.  I'm visually astute, and have a good eye, and am good within photoshop and illustrator (ie i can manipulate and vector stuff)  but my designs and layout (and overall my skills) need honing. 
 
Here, now, I'm just testing if I can upload something.
