How do I connect my DVR/DVD/PS-3 to my MirrorVue mirror TV?

We finally installed our MirrorVue mirror TV. Everything seems to be going great but we just have one problem: we cant figure out how to connect the DVR and DVD player with the limited space we have above the fire place. If we put a shelf next to the TV for the DVD it takes away the allure of it looking like a mirror and essentially defeats the purpose of a mirror TV. Are there any options someone can advise us on to connect our devices without having them directly next to the mirror? Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions.
