What's the worst social media sin?

It's disappointing to see businesses and organizations create accounts and forget about them. Social media provides a great opportunity to engage with your audience and it's too often that I see the organization or business not responding to @mentions, wall posts, comments, etc. Even worse, deleting comments unnecessarily. What a missed opportunity! A not-so-positive comment or mention is a great chance to find out what's really going on, show that you care, and smooth the situation over.
