I use Aweber and definately recommend them - very easy to use.

You can easily,

create sign-up forms and embed them into your website
choose from many different pre-made email templates
create multiple email lists
send out broadcast emails to your subscribers
send out blog broadcast emails automatically whenever you publish new content
