you can use directory submission and article posting its the better way for increase the ranking in google.....

Back-links are the links that are directed to your website from other websites. These are also called inbound links. Back-link is important for SEO because Google will give more credit to website that have more back-links. The website linking back is also considered while ranking...etc...
