Web Portfolio Options

I am looking for a template to create an on-line graphic design portfolio. I have over 10 years of experience in print, but not much with websites. Does anyone know of some really nice, professional, clean and contemporary templates that I can costumize with my logo, contact info and my images from portfolio that are not too expensive and easy to swap images as my portfolio changes? I don't want an annual subscription that I have to renew all the time. I want a one time fee up to $150 at the most that I can update myself on as needed basis.
