thinking about starting up a local newsblog website

for our town. Our local newspaper is not online (it is a small town of less than 5,000 people) and i know it would be welcomed by many people.

Does anyone have any advice they would like to share? I am just in the beginning stages right now.

I was thinking about even using a weebly (free) website and see where it goes from there.
