What point do you think it hits? I think it hits a few points.
1) Sarah has been given feedback of that sort for years now. Literally, years.
2) There's very specific advice in this very thread, from Ampersand particularly, on how to formulate and execute a strategy to recapture and revitalize this forum. There's been no response at all from Sarah or anyone else at HOW.
3) The bold part above, my emphasis, highlights Sarah's promise to follow up with info once everyone has "regrouped". I have no idea what they're "regrouping" from but I do know that seven months have now passed since she made that promise back in May and Sarah hasn't been back since.
