File moving error

I have a problem when i move my folder from my mobile to PC. My PC don't show the files into the specified folder would anyone like to help me out? how to cope up with this problem? And how i can transfer my files easily to PC.Because i want to used these files to design the joomla templates or some special website templates . I don't having any backup for these files. And i saved these files into my Mobile Which i get from friend through data sharing.

One of my friends have also encountered a same kind of problem and after checking the problem is in Mobile compatibility with System. So I suggest you to check that weather your mobile and mobile software compatible with system which you are using.
