Online review sites?

Hi - has anyone here had any luck with sites like http://forrst.com, http://Rifff.com, or http://ConceptFeedback.com? I haven't tried Forrst (can't get an invite... grrr) but I have had mixed results with the other two. Just curious if anyone else here has tried them - or has recommendations for similar site. Thanks!
