Need help creating pdfs

I created a brochure as 8.5" x 8.25" in Illustrator CS5 - is there anyway without redoing this brochure to fit an 8.5 x 11 size paper from a pdf? I am creating an interactive pdf in InDesign and would love to have it view and print something similar as this http://ink-live.com/emagazines/air-indi ... june-2011/ (these magazines are odd size but can print to Regular US letter size, but not sure how I can create this, any ideas much appreciated!
