Sappi Fine Paper is hosting a road show that pairs noted designer Kit Hinrichs with folding maven Trish Witkowski of, in support of Sappi’s new educational tool “The Standard 4: Scoring & Folding.” The two are showing off all kinds of cool ways to fold and manipulate paper in these free sessions. Portfolio Center has set a date for its annual Portfolio Review in New York City to introduce the school’s latest graduates to the design community in the city. German photo agency plainpicture has established a U.S. presence with a new website and an office in NYC. The plainpicture photo library includes more than 225,000 images suited for editorial, book publishing, advertising and music projects.
