Fighting Cancer With Art

For the second year in a row, illustrator Dushan Milic will be participating in the Ride to Conquer Cancer (RTCC) benefiting cancer research at The Princess Margaret Hospital—a 321km cycling journey from Toronto to Niagara Falls.

As with last year, I’m working to raise the funds I need to participate in this event by offering a series of artworks to my supporters. I want to commemorate your generosity with an artwork that captures a bit of the joy I’ve found in cycling. This year, I’ve had some help from a group of truly amazing artists. Illustrators Jacqui Oakley, Darren Booth & Marco Cibola, as well as designer Jamie Lawson, have very generously donated their time, skill and creativity and have each contributed a piece in support of my ride. Most of these are original works available here for the first time and exclusively to my donors! You’ll find a piece I’ve created for this event in there as well. (And, for those of you who may not be the cycling enthusiast I am, but feel passionately about supporting the cause, I’m also offering a few other pieces of my own.)

You can learn more about Dushan’s efforts here.
