HOW art director Bridgid McCarren recently curated a special section for Mohawk’s Felt & Wire shop. You can see all her picks here.

I’m a sucker for beautiful typography. My love for wood-type and
letterpress has followed me through my profession, and constantly lures
me to stunning designer goods, like the letterpressed Love Nest poster
or the great quote set by Hamilton Wood Type. I’m also drawn to designs
with a strong message and/or purpose for the greater good, like the “GIVE LUCK
reusable Fabric Gift Wrap from chewing the cud. Something as simple as
a calendar that reminds you to eat an apple a day or as ornate as the
gorgeous limited edition box set whose proceeds go to Oxfam. Whenever
possible, I try to keep my impact on Mother Earth in check by reusing
what I can even if it takes a few stitches on my sewing machine. So, I
was taken by the philosophies and cool products from The Store at Grant
Design Collaborative and chewing the cud. Hope you enjoy these as much
as I do.
