Certainly every wine has its own personality but German design agency Jung von Matt took that idea literally in its label designs for wine maker Gut Oggau. Each member of this family of nine wines is represented by a hand drawn face and accompanied by a description of that character’s personality, which corresponds with the flavor of the wine.
For example, Wiltrude Sweet is described as “Playful, complex and flattering scent. Ladylike, appealing and
attractive on the palate, though sometimes plays hard to get, doesn’t
allow anybody to come near her at any time. Fascinating and
mysterious, once you know her better she impresses you with her
coruscating, almost black humour and her cute charm.”
