The ideal candidate for this role is a junior or mid-level designer who is passionate about design and interactive, loves to learn, and nails the details. Our preference is for recent grads or those with a few years under their belt. We’d like to see course work, internships or live projects that demonstrate an understanding of effective design for webtop and mobile. A big plus (but not requirement) is a hands-on ability to build via CSS and HTML5.
While we are looking for independent thinkers and innovators, team members should be able to follow art direction well. This will be a great learning experience: you will be working with our small team as well as our pool of ace contractors. You will get the opportunity to design and produce best-of-breed design solutions for a great set of clients, and you will get to see how a successful design studio operates. Plus, we’re good people!
The kind of work you will be doing:
- Create your own unique directional design comps for clients
- Iterate design and concepts
- Continued extension and production of existing projects
- Participate in group concepting and brainstorming sessions
