Anti/Anti is a boutique branding agency that specializes in concept-driven marketing campaigns. Our philosophy is simple (and cliche): strong ideas fuel good design. We’re currently looking to court an experienced front-end developer to head our interactive projects and join our intimate group of thinkers.

We’re not a massive agency, so our team members take on various & diverse roles. We’re looking for someone to fill a similar role on the technical side, i.e. tech guru meets design mastermind

Responsibilities will vary from project to project:

Campaign Concepting
We produce concepts that drive multimedia marketing campaigns for an array industries. We’re looking for someone to partake in brainstorming sessions with our creative director & art directors to offer strong insight on interactive campaigns. The right candidate will need to advise on an appropriate digital strategy to effectively communicate the idea.

Team Management
Once we determine strategy & concept, we work with development teams to build-out the digital products. This role requires someone who can effectively manage and lead contracted developers.

Programming
Our projects vary is size & scope. While we work with developers to build more complicated products, we develop tech-basic projects in-house. We’re looking for an individual who can lead, program, & maintain some of our web projects. Programming knowledge is a must.
