AppleCare’s Support Programs User Experience team is seeking an experienced user interface designer to create solutions that increase customer satisfaction, drive cost savings and foster innovation for both Apple employees and Customers. The ideal candidate knows how to align business objectives with emerging and established user interface standards and usability methodologies.
As a lead UI Designer you will create prototype user interface designs for various business critical applications for the purposes of validating business requirements, front-end technologies and usability testing. You will also serve as a knowledge resource for the latest trends and technologies within user interface design and development. In collaboration with our business teams and technical partners, you will work actively to assist in improving the usability, efficiency, and overall effectiveness of AppleCare applications and tools.
Working within the Support Programs User Experience team you will be involved in several areas including: business & user needs analysis, high & low fidelity prototyping, usability testing, and following deployment, monitoring usage and measuring adoption success.
