Given the solid color craze the world of web design is experiencing, it’s interesting that this site’s style isn’t more common. The site fits perfectly into the flat design model, and yet it feels rather distinct in the space. The refinement of the page is admirable and easy to love. But I think it’s the use of insanely vivid colors flooded through the background that gives the page an unforgettable pop. Often designs this streamlined and simple become yet another minimalist design. I am really impressed with how this particular design, while simple, stands out and feels fresh and new.
