The Director, Interaction Design leads and ensures adherence to an innovative, user-centered approach to Interaction design at Method, while attracting and retaining the best designers. With Experience Designer leadership, the Director, Interaction Design will define and promulgate industry-leading practices for all aspects of Method’s Interaction Design practice, including user research and analysis, and usability. S/he will practice and speak for those standards within the Interaction Design team, within project teams, within studios, with clients, and in the industry.
