- 4-year Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related areas of study or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of each of the following: Information Architecture (IA), Interaction Design, User Experience Design or related fields in the development of large-scale dynamic websites, Internet experience, online user experience design, creation of IA documents such as sitemaps, wireframes, cluster maps, page inventories, link lists, use cases, scenarios, personas, flow charts, and other guest-centric documentation
