If you’ve registered for HOW’s Interactive Design Conference, then you’re obviously committed to building your creative skill set. Smart.
Perhaps you’re looking to take it a step further, and begin assembling a digital portfolio and exploring job opportunities that capitalize on your interactive design skills. Also smart. We’ve added a session to the conference program, courtesy of The Creative Group, to help you do that.
Nov. 3: 1:30-2:30 p.m.
Session: Expose Yourself: Discover the fundamental elements of an effective digital portfolio
Presenter: Ian Clazie, SVP Group Creative Director, MRM San Francisco
After many years creating digital things, too many portfolio reviews to count and enough experience hiring and managing creative professionals to write a book about it, Ian Clazie has more than a few opinions and tips to share. He’ll give practical advice, share inspiring examples, and cover not only how to create a digital portfolio but also how to get the most out of it. This session is essential for those new to displaying their work online. Brought to you by The Creative Group
The conference is currently at capacity, and we’ve created a waiting list for designers who are interested in attending. Since there’s a full month to go before the event, it’s possible that some registered attendees will have a change in plans and need to cancel, so slots may open up. Be sure to visit the HOW Interactive Conference website to place your name on the waiting list—it’s first come, first served.
