In my Site of the Day reviews, I’ve been talking more and more about a growing web design trend: storytelling. We’re seeing an increasing shift toward websites that tell stories. This website—for a design and innovation incubator in Thailand led by a former Google exec—is a prime example.
Every element of the site draws you in. You might assume that a story is primarily communicated through words, but here, the site’s illustrations and animations not only bring the narrative to life but also drive you forward through the content. As with any great story, you’re compelled to finish it once you start. Isn’t that exactly what you want your website designs to do?
