Steve at Newfangled would like to remind clients that just because there aren't images in a mockup, it doesn't mean you shouldn't add some in.

When you spend weeks (or months) working on a website, going through endless revisions and worrying over tiny design details, it’s sometimes easy to forget that eventually someone’s got to put stuff in it.

In a prototype, basic content areas are usually depicted with a chunk of Lorem Ipsum placeholder text, but these areas would be best formatted with subheadings and images, if appropriate. … clients should keep in mind that an image can be inserted into any open content area to add visual interest and emphasis.
