We linked to Newfangled’s web design process last week. And now another friend of HOW Interactive, Yellow Pencil, is sharing its 17-step responsive web design process. It’s probably meant more for potential clients than anyone at this point, but it’s still awesome to see how a successful design agency does things. Yellow Pencil’s Steve Fisher reports they’ll be adding more resources to the site in the coming weeks.
