What if I register for a HOW Webinar, but am unavailable when it is scheduled to run?

If you're not available for the live HOW Webinar, you can access the archived presentation at any time that is convenient for you within 12 months of the live event. All webinars are recorded and are available on demand for registrants. You'll also be able to download PDFs of the speaker's presentation and submit questions via email during the archive period. Please note that because the webinars are available for on-demand viewing, there is no cancellation or refund of a registration.

How much does it cost to participate?
Cost varies by webinar; please see each individual webinar for pricing options.

How long is the webinar?
Generally, HOW webinars run one hour, with some additional time if needed to accommodate questions.

What are the technology requirements for viewing a HOW Webinar?
Hardware and Operating System Configurations:

Mac OS X 10.3, 10.4, 10.5
Browser options: Safari 1.3, 2.0 or 3.0; Firefox 2
Apple Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 5.0 or higher
JavaScript and cookies need to be enabled

Windows 98, 2000, XP, 2003, Vista
Browser options: Internet Explorer 6/7, Firefox 2, Mozilla 1.7 or higher, Netscape 8.1 or higher
(it's recommended that ActiveX be enabled for Internet Explorer)

How do I access a HOW Webinar?
Once you've registered for the event, you'll receive an e-mail confirming your registration and providing instructions for accessing the event. Once the webinar begins, you'll receive additional instructions on how to use the webinar interface. You will access the audio portion of the live event via phone.

Can I view past HOW Webinars?
Yes. A list of past webinars is available in our On Demand index. Once you register, you have unlimited access to the archived event.
